April – Spring Fling – Come out and catch the fever! – Friday, April 26th

Spring has sprung and we could not be more ready!  Stroll our beautiful Main Street and enjoy all the warmer weather has to offer.  Enjoy great specials from our local restaurants and new spring merchandise from your favorite shops.

May – Hometown Heroes Celebration –Friday, May 24th

Show your hometown pride and join us as we celebrate our heroes both near and far!  We would like to take this time to thank all of our service men and women, and to also thank our wonderful Main Street Mount Joy volunteers who help to make our vision of a better downtown come true.

June – 85th 4th Friday Summer Block Party – Friday, June 28th

It is Main Street Mount Joy’s 85th 4th Friday!  Join us as we celebrate with momentous occasion with a huge Summer Block Party!  It is a night the entire family can enjoy with live music, games, giveaways, great food and specials from all of local favorites.

July- Cheeseburgers in Paradise – Friday, July 26th/Car Show Saturday, July 27th

It’s 5’oclock somewhere, and that somewhere is right here in downtown Mount Joy.  Come join us for an island paradise getaway in your own back yard.  Enjoy themed food and drink specials from your local restaurants, dig for buried treasure, take part in our beach ball contest, and go swimming with the “sharks” for a chance for great prizes!

August – Brews, Blues and BBQ – Friday, 23rd

Join us for a night of brews, blues and BBQ.  Bring your appetite and enter the Rib Eating Contest sponsored by Harvey’s BBQ.  If cooking is more your style you can enter your best BBQ recipe in our Annual BBQ Contest, and if you more inclined to just sit back and relax then visit our local restaurants for great seasonal brews and blues music!

September - Sunset to summer – Friday, September 27th

We are winding down summer and what a better way to watch the sunset then to enjoy some music in the park and wine tasting? 

October – Trick or Treat / Howl-o-ween Pet Parade – Friday, October 25,26th

Dress in Costume and trick or treat at the participating businesses – with great treats for the kids and spook-tacular saving for the adults!

November – Black Friday/Ladies Night – Friday, November 29th (5th Friday)
